Medication Policy

Dear Fairgrounds Animal Hospital Pet Parents:

Due to the significant time commitment required to address the high volume of outside pet health store requests received daily, we are making some changes to the processing of requests through outside online stores.

Effective immediately, we will no longer send medication requests to outside pet health stores (with the exception of compounding pet health stores such as Wedgewood Pet Health Store) by phone, fax, or email.

If you choose to obtain your pet’s medications through a different commercial pet health store , you may request a written medication to be picked up at the hospital. You will be responsible for delivery of the written medication to the pet health store of your choice, by mail or in person. Three business days are required for fulfillment of these requests.

If you prefer the convenience of online ordering and home delivery, we have an online store that is listed on our website. We regularly review our costs and work to remain as competitive and will be offering comparable pricing to other online stores.
